Digitech Whammy II Manual

I've been looking for this pedal's manual for years and now that I got it I've decided to share it with the rest of the "net".
I must add that I've received it after shooting a mail to Digitech Customer Service. I've also to add that I asked them for this manual several times in the past few years, without success.
